Description

The Northwest Chorale, directed by Lynn Hall, presents the Faure Requiem and a Mass with movements selected from settings by Haydn, Bach, Schubert, Durufle, and Byrd, in its two spring concerts "Missa: Masters of the Mass," featuring soloists Emili Rice, soprano, and David Wadden, bass-baritone, and accompanist Lisa Michele Lewis. World premiere of a new piece by local composer Brian Butz will also be performed. Concerts will take place on Saturday, May 10, at 3:00 pm, Sand Point Community Methodist Church, and on Saturday, May 17 at 3:00 pm, Edmonds United Methodist Church. A free will offering will be taken with all funds collected to be donated to Northwest Harvest.
