Description
This program includes world premieres of Forever hurts by Anna-Karin Klockar; Uprooted by Sarah Rimkus; and Sa pampang [along the shore] by Ily Matthew Maniano. We’ll sing two settings of Oscar Wilde’s poem Requiescat, by Eric Barnum (2007) and Rodney Sharman (2015), and Kevin Puts’ In castle wood. Finally, The Esoterics will present Dale Trumbore’s secular requiem How to go on, using the words of three living poets: Barbara Crooker, Amy Fleury, and Laura Foley.
