Description
Opus 7 presents an inventive and powerful concert of choral music for the Lenten season, which includes Benjamin Britten’s great masterpiece, Cantata Misericordium for choir; soloists Eric Neuville, tenor and Charles Robert Stephens, baritone; harp; percussion; piano; and string orchestra. Also featured are settings of the “O vos omnes” text, alternating with works by Rheinberger, Parry, Barber, Casals, and Elgar.
