The Rainbow City Concert Band and Orchestra present music inspired by the spectrum of different cultures living in our own community. The evening includes collaborative performances with the Tacoma Refugee Choir and STANCE. Do not miss this exhilarating season finale, celebrating the rich and vital diversity of music and culture!
The Rainbow City Concert Band and Rainbow City Orchestra are two of the many ensembles in Rainbow City Performing Arts, a nonprofit with a mission of increasing equity and visibility of LGBTQIA+ people. Performing many styles of music, they focus their performance on music of marginalized composers and themes that uplift through diverse expression of music.
