Description
This holiday program brings the spirit of the season to life and rejoices in our ability to gather once again to lift our voices in song. In the spirit of celebrating the traditions of choral music, Love Came Down highlights music by one of the most influential choral composers of the European Renaissance, Josquin des Prez. Though 2021 marks the 500th anniversary of his death, the power and beauty of his music endure. You’ll also hear music from a diverse range of BIPOC composers that explores our connections to tradition, to our communities, and to the Earth itself.
