Featuring Con Brio and Concord, the two adult choirs of Columbia Choirs, this concert will explore the theme of Belonging with pieces including “All Works of Love” by Pacific Northwest composer Joan Szymko, “Joy” by Jocelyn Hagen, and “Fences” by André Thomas. This concert will also feature a joint performance of Benjamin Britten’s “Concord”, one of the choral dances from Gloriana, his opera first performed in 1953 at the coronation celebrations of Queen Elizabeth II.
